1. About us

This website, cozychristmasprints.shop, is operated by CozyChristmasPrints ("we", "us"), based in La Garde, France. By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell printable digital products delivered as PDF files. Colors may look slightly different on screen and when printed, depending on your printer and paper. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available (US dollars for customers in the United States). Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery

Your file is available to download immediately after payment, and a download link is emailed to you. Download links may expire or be limited in number, so please save your file once downloaded.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download has started, you lose any right of withdrawal you might otherwise have (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers). See our Refund Policy for the situations in which we will replace a file or give a refund.

6. License: personal use only

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own household. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload or give away the files, in original or modified form, or use them for commercial purposes. All designs remain the property of CozyChristmasPrints.

7. Liability

Our products are provided for personal planning and entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
