Refund Policy

Digital products

All products sold by CozyChristmasPrints are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical item is shipped. Your download link appears right after checkout and is also sent to the email address you give at checkout.

No refunds once the file has been downloaded

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once your download has started.

Customers in the European Union and the UK: when you buy, you expressly agree that we deliver the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started.

When we will help or refund you

• You did not receive your file: check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send it again.
• The file is damaged or will not open: email us and we will send a working copy. If we cannot fix the problem, we will give you a full refund.
• You were charged twice by mistake: we will refund the duplicate payment.

Delivery

Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs. If you don't see the download email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
